I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the desert, it's a great escape from city life. The hotel facilities are excellent, with ecotour and observatory tours on the weekends. The thermal baths are a must-try. They also have luxurious rooms with charming decorations. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

An oasis in the desert. Secluded and peaceful. Attentive and friendly staff. Beautifully decorated rooms. Great spa and thermal pools. Night viewing of stars. Informative fauna/fowl excursion. Delicious evening buffet.
Everything great.

Escape to the beauty of the Mexican desert and discover the wonders of nature. Take part in a star-gazing excursion and bask in the tranquillity of spacious, calming thermal waters. Immerse yourself in the serene environment, a perfect place to go offline and reset. the buffet has a delicious spread, and staff like Luis went out of their way to provide good service.
There were some aspects of the hotel that left a lot to be desired.

Location is convenient, close to restaurants and tourist sites. The room is big and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly, they are always ready to answer any question or give advice.
Our stay was less than enjoyable. The rooms were not very clean, we found some dust and hair on the floor.

This hidden gem is the perfect place for a romantic escape. the location surrounded by nature is breathtaking, providing an opportunity to get away from it all. the star gazing event was a highlight not to be missed, and the spa facilities are excellent.
The room cleanliness could be improved, and the restaurant is a bit dated. the breakfast dishes weren't cleared until late in the day, which was inconvenient.

This hotel is an oasis within nature. the spa and wellness centre were luxurious and offered a variety of exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge were a wonderful touch, but the outdoor hot springs made for the ultimate indulgence. the massage was exceptional and left us feeling renewed. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
The restaurant had limited options and although the food was delicious, the prices were a bit high. Other than that, this hotel was flawless.
